Employee Spotlight Greg Horne

We recently caught up with Solutions Consultant Greg Horne.  Greg has been with Inovis for nearly a year now and has consistently demonstrated a passion for helping his clients problem-solve and achieve success. 

When did you decide to join the Inovis team?

After discussing Dalton’s new career plans in Fall of ‘19, I became very curious about the energy efficiency and ev charging business. My curiosity quickly changed to excitement after meeting with both Dalton and Gabe. I realized this is not only an industry that I would like to be a part of, but Inovis is the team I would like to grow with.  I eventually joined the team in early 2020.

What were your first impressions?

From day 1, I was motivated to do well for both the team and myself. I think some of the motivation came from not wanting to hold the team back as I began to learn the industry. As a result of Dalton and Gabe’s mentorship, all apprehension is now gone, and I feel that I will be successful in this career. 

How’s it going so far?

I am excited to be part of a team that supports public policy initiatives by providing environmentally conscience alternatives. I am always learning more about this industry and will continue to do so as green technology continues to evolve. It has been an exciting time starting and learning a new career. The entire Inovis team has been a big part of that enjoyment!

Where might we find you outside of work?

Away from work I enjoy participating in all sports (mostly surfing).  I also spend time volunteering at A Walk On Water and Golf For All events.
