Our History
Gabriel Andreson and Dalton Ling founded Inovis Energy Inc in 2019 on the foundation of lasting strategic partnerships. Their vision was to develop a company around three core principles – Integrity, Innovation, and Vision, thus Inovis was born.
After working in the industry separately for several years and then for five years together at their previous firm Dalton and Gabriel made the decision to pair up and create a new team of efficiency experts.
Gabriel has over 20 years of experience in the energy efficiency field. He has proven himself to be a valuable sales leader, mentor, and developer of strategic partnerships. Dalton started out as an electrician and shifted to the efficiency side of the industry in 2015, mastering both the operations and business development side of the business. Both Gabriel and Dalton are fierce advocates for combating climate change and the impacts that energy efficiency and sustainability measures have on not only the operating budget, but the planet.

Gabriel Andreson
President and Co-Founder
Gabriel has delivered energy efficiency upgrades in about 60M square feet across the United States and Canada. Gabriel brings over 20 years of experience in the industry providing turnkey solutions, for both lighting and mechanical systems. He believes in Faith, family, fun, and hard work.
Dalton Ling
Vice President and Co-Founder
Dalton has established himself on nearly every side of the business from his initial shoe into the industry over ten years ago working for an electrical contractor to his role as Director of Operations & Development at Energy Source prior to co-founding Inovis Energy, Inc.
Gary Lavoie
VP of Construction
Gary has been in the electrical industry for 23 years. He started as a warehouse order picker in 1997, and worked his way up through inside sales, procurement, and finally into project management. In his most recent role at Energy Source, LLC.
Mark McClelland
VP of Marketing & Digital Strategy
Mark has been wielding creativity and problem-solving mastery in the energy efficiency profession since 2005. He handles lead generation, brand awareness, and sales support for Inovis Energy. With over 20 years of energy efficiency experience, he combines knowledge with creativity to spread the word about why, what, and who Inovis is all about.
Jenna Robertson
Senior Accountant
Jenna recently graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science for Finance with a minor in Management. Her first position after school was at an accounting firm in Quincy, Massachusetts. Her experience there and previous experience managing people make her a perfect fit for our company.
Tony Parente
VP of Sales
Tony brings his 15 years’ industry experience to serve local and national accounts with energy saving projects. Mr. Parente has an impressive list of credentials, but his humble and relatable demeanor is really the asset that makes him a great addition to the Inovis team.
Greg Horne
Senior Solutions Consultant
Greg is passionate about helping his clients problem solve and achieve success. Formerly in the medical industry, he routinely helped his patients reach their functional goals through two of his primary values – hard work and consistency.
Shaun Marino
Strategic Account Manager
Shaun brings a vast range of experience to his position at Inovis. His past includes sales and business development roles for several years at a national equipment supplier. Before that, Shaun managed customer relations in the hospitality industry.
Austin Adams
Solutions Consultant
Austin Adams is a Solutions Consultant at Inovis Energy with a strong background in EV charging, municipal partnerships, and energy funding strategy. He brings over fifteen years of automotive leadership and four years of hands-on clean energy experience, helping organizations secure major incentive dollars and launch successful EV projects. Austin is passionate about supporting communities as they transition to smarter, more sustainable energy solutions.
Sean Murphy
Solutions Consultant
Sean brings a proven track record of building strong partnerships and driving sustainable growth. Before joining Inovis Energy, he helped expand EV charging infrastructure across New England as a Senior Business Development Manager at SWTCH. His background includes service in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist and Search & Rescue Swimmer, where he strengthened his leadership, adaptability, and discipline. He is passionate about advancing clean energy solutions and collaborating with clients to create resilient, future-ready facilities.
Jessica Wright
Marketing & Communications Manager
Jessica earned her degree in Marketing with a focus in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University and has been working in marketing ever since. After gaining experience in the media industry, she joined Inovis Energy as the Marketing and Communications Manager, where she leads the company’s social media presence, supports the sales team, and manages customer outreach initiatives.
Matt Moskey
Solutions Consultant
Matt Moskey is a Solutions Consultant at Inovis Energy with a background in industrial and commercial sales, project management, and customer relationship development. He works closely with businesses to identify energy-saving opportunities and deliver solutions that help reduce operating costs and improve efficiency. Matt is passionate about building long-lasting client partnerships and helping organizations achieve their energy and sustainability goals.
Derrick Borges
Director of Technical Operations
Derrick has a degree in Electro-Mechanical Design and over 15 years’ experience in the lighting industry. After obtaining his Green Energy Certificate he was an EV and Mechanical Design Implementation Specialist for 2 ½ years. His unique experience and penchant for being a dynamic problem solver makes him important member in the EV charger installation & energy efficiency space at Inovis.
Joseph Giguere
Senior Project Manager
Joseph Giguere started his career with The Crew Electric then moved to the Energy Efficiency field starting as a project coordinator at Energy Source, growing into the role of Senior Project Manager. He was eager to join the Inovis Energy team due to his past experience working with Gabe, Dalton, and Gary, and because of the vast growth potential he saw there.
Angelo Castellana
Project Coordinator
Angelo Castellana is a Project Coordinator at Inovis Energy, bringing extensive experience in project management and customer-focused solutions to the team. Before joining Inovis Energy, Angelo spent four years as a Project Manager for a home remodeling company, where he excelled in overseeing complex projects from start to finish. He also has two years of experience in door-to-door sales and marketing, demonstrating his ability to connect with clients and deliver results. Based in Rockland, Massachusetts, Angelo’s expertise in managing multiple projects with precision and care makes him an invaluable member of the team.
George Lastowka
Associate Energy Engineer
George Lastowka earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and brings experience in both electrical design and building systems to the Inovis Energy team. Prior to joining Inovis, he worked as a Distribution Design Engineer before transitioning into a Building Manager/Systems Engineer role at Boston University. At Inovis, George assists with mechanical energy efficiency, distributed infrastructure, and EV charger installation projects.
Dan P. Smith, PE, CEA
Energy Engineer
Dan P. Smith has a BSME, and over 13 years’ experience in defining, and achieving mechanical energy savings for commercial and industrial customers. He has been involved with a variety of mechanical applications including building management systems (BMS), heat pumps, boilers, variable frequency drives on pumps and fans, and weatherization. In 2020, he supplemented his Massachusetts Professional Engineer license with certification as an energy auditor from The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). His unique experience in retrofit applications enable him to be an important member of the team in achieving a steady stream of applications saving electric and/or fuel energy for Inovis’ customers.
