Dalton has established himself on nearly every side of the business from his initial shoe into the industry over ten years ago working for an electrical contractor to his role as Director of Operations & Development at Energy Source prior to co-founding Inovis Energy, Inc.

Gary has been in the electrical industry for 23 years. He started as a warehouse order picker in 1997, and worked his way up through inside sales, procurement, and finally into project management. In his most recent role at Energy Source, LLC.

Mike started in the energy efficiency industry 30 years ago and has extensive experience in energy efficient lighting systems and controls, EMS/BAS control systems, HVAC, motors and drives and most recently in EV charging from our Charlotte office.
Greg is passionate about helping his clients problem solve and achieve success. Formerly in the medical industry, he routinely helped his patients reach their functional goals through two of his primary values – hard work and consistency.
Shaun brings a vast range of experience to his position at Inovis. His past includes sales and business development roles for several years at a national equipment supplier. Before that, Shaun managed customer relations in the hospitality industry.
